COPENHAGEN, Oct 29 (Reuters) - Finnish utility Fortum (FORTUM.HE) , opens new tab will invest around 100 million euros ($108 million) in the decarbonisation of its combined heat and power plant in Czestochowa in Poland, it said on Tuesday.
