ISTANBUL, Nov 22 (Reuters) - Azeri state energy company SOCAR is in talks with potential buyers for the sale of its shares in natural gas distribution companies Bursagaz and Kayserigaz in Turkey, a SOCAR official told Reuters on Friday.

The official said the talks are in the early stages, but did not provide any information about the timing of any possible sales.
