NAIROBI, Dec 19 (Reuters) - The Kenyan shilling was steady on Thursday, with inflows from remittances matching importer demand for dollars, traders said.

At 0716 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 129.00/129.50 per dollar, the same level as Wednesday's close.
