KAMPALA, Jan 3 (Reuters) - The Ugandan shilling traded in the same position on Friday from the previous session, with appetite generally subdued across board, traders said.

At 0713 GMT commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,673/3,683, same level as Thursday's close.
