Feb 10 (Reuters) - The Kenyan shilling was flat against the dollar on Monday, data from the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) showed.

At 0831 GMT, the shilling was quoted at 129.00/129.20 per dollar, the same level it closed on Friday.
