BEIJING, March 13 (Reuters) - China's finance ministry on Thursday published new guidelines for managing special funds for clean energy, providing support for development of renewable energy and clean utilisation of fossil fuels from 2025 until 2029, with a possible extension beyond this period.

The guidelines replace temporary ones released in 2020 and expired in 2024 for managing such funds.
