KAMPALA, March 25 (Reuters) - The Ugandan shilling traded stable on Tuesday, amid lower foreign currency appetite amongst importers, traders said.

At 0850 GMT commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,660/3,670, the same level as Monday's close.
