JAKARTA, May 23 (Reuters) - Shell Indonesia has agreed to transfer its gas station business in the country to a joint venture between Citadel Pacific Limited and Sefas Group, the company said on Friday.

The deal is expected to be completed by next year, Shell said in a statement, adding that the transfer does not include its lubricant business.

Shell has around 200 gas stations in Indonesia and a terminal in Gresik.
