HYDERABAD, India, Oct 28 (Reuters) - India's Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) (BPCL.NS) , opens new tab will issue a spot crude purchase tender in 7-10 days as a replacement for Russian oil, a source familiar with the matter said on Tuesday.

The source said BPCL will buy Russian oil only if it is supplied by non-sanctioned entities.
