NEW DELHI, Feb 5 (Reuters) - India and the six-nation Gulf Cooperation Council, that includes Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, have agreed on the terms to start negotiations for a free trade agreement, India's trade minister Piyush Goyal said on Thursday.
