TRIPOLI, Feb 11 (Reuters) - Chevron secured an exploration licence in Libya's Sirte S4 Basin in the country's latest oil and gas bidding round, the National Oil Corporation (NOC) said on Wednesday.

A consortium comprising Repsol and Turkey's TOPC also won an exploration licence for Liby's C3 basin, the NOC added.
