MADRID, April 25 (Reuters) - Repsol Chief Executive Josu Jon Imaz said on Thursday that the company is working to close the first agreement with a renewable partner in the U.S. as part of its asset rotation strategy.

"We are working on closing our first renewable asset rotation in this country," he said.
