LONDON, Aug 15 (Reuters) - The Bank of England allotted a record 34.292 billion pounds ($44.1 billion) in seven-day funds in its weekly short-term repo on Thursday, up from 27.464 billion pounds last week and a previous record of 34.015 billion pounds set on Aug. 1.
